Nowadays, almost every single person on earth likes to use smartphones as technology grew. Moreover industries competes against smartphones to dominate marketplace. So they gnash their teeth to take over the market. To lower price, specs and designs, but recently with a lawsuit. Mainly, there are two incredible enterprises that creates smart-goods. Samsung and Apple have been dealing suing for long time.
In 2011, last year in June 28th Apple said Samsung infringed Apple patents. But in July Samsung accused Apple for infringing Samsung's products. The lawsuit was taken at U.S. Apple has accused Samsung for mainly designing. Front design the slim fit, icon organized patterns, unlock screen design, memo icon design, bottom placed button and so on. After the big fight Samsung was defeated and gave away one hundred and twenty million dollars to Apple's piggy bank. I argue for this nonsense phenomenon.
To begin first, Apple do kick and bullies to earn money from other corporations like Samsung Motorola and Google also. In over the globe, there are many variety smart phones that are quite the same with design of apple's iphone and including some of the design that is inevitable and crucial to be included. Many products such as samsung's Galaxy, Motorola, HTC, Windows, Google, and even Nokia were tackled by Apple's declaration. So I think this litigation deals with ridiculous reason.
Next, it is unfair to suit a device for design. Every country but the U.S judgement has turned out that Samsung wasn't invading any of Apple's device nor ideas. It is also an discrimination. Because the Apple was born in the america, the court has slightly leaned to Apple's side. In this case, Galaxy wasn't just born from motivation of following Apple's. And an unfair result.
Third, a lot of people face inconveniences because of this controversy. Samsung's main established goal was to sell their products to fill the low income groups who has less opportunity to deal with expensive smart phones. Consequently, the people of those who enjoys using Samsung's device might not be able to use one so efficiently if the Samsung's finance dives in a consequence of defeat. Therefore, not only users from Samsung but South Korea's economy won't be steady as this country eats most of national income that comes from corporations that sells electronic goods abroad.
To conclude, I argue with the fact that Apple claiming Samsung infringing their patents and suing Samsung with marginal reasons. Such as, picking only on Samsung even though there are many products from other business to claim the design with, and without the inspection of various inventions that Samsung has already made and used those to shape Galaxy. Finally, by the viewing of different perspectives it is not so beneficial tackling Samsung.

Essay 3: My argument for the land speculation
“Should be earning the monetary gain by the land speculation allowed to the christians?” This question may not be familiar to our daily lives, but it‘s still an important matter in the human history. The land ownership has always carried heated controversy such as inequality matters through the century and century. For example, in the middle age, establishment‘s land monopoly made chronic social problem. Still, minority rules upon the land ownership and earning a money from the speculation and it‘s causing income inequality.
On this social facts that is related to the economical ethic, I argue that christians should not own the land as a personal property, purposing to speculate and gain the economical benefit, because the speculation has a character of gambling, and it’s against the idea of the biblical land definition and the relationship.
First, it is inevitable to deny that the benefit from the speculation is not the normal output of labor. In the economic view, a gain by the speculation comes from the profit of market price’s fluctuation. This means that the benefit didn’t come from the functional relation, such as 10$ per a hour. For this reason, the speculation is more suitable to be called as a ‘gamble’ rather than a ‘labor’
Gambling and the speculation is sharing the similar point because both’s benefit is not in direct proportion to the payment. Some might object to this point of view of gambling and say it’s kind of mental labor, organized with a calculation. But it seems obvious that gambling is too high risked and high addictive to be called as a labor.
Likewise, the land speculation is much high risked too, and it’s benefit can be made only by the market price’s fluctuations, not by the owners labor that includes time and efforts. Thus, the margin from the land speculation can be called as a stakes in a gamble, that is changing by many immeasurable factors, not just increased with owners labor.
Second, the speculation is totally against the idea of bible’s land definition. Leviticus 25:23 says "'The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine and you are but aliens and my tenants. (NIV) From this view point, the land should not be used as a individual’s property for the commercial reason.
Compared to this idea, back to the political philosopher John Locke who has influenced a number of the idea that is consisting the modern world, said it’s possible to own the land if someone labored to it. This is based on the idea that human has one’s own sovereignty and the price for the labor if completely belong to the person who have done it. The basis of these day’s capitalism that includes land private ownership system begins from this idea. On the whole, it seems evident that the essential ideas between Locke’s and bible is much different from the beginning.
Some might object to this argument that Leviticus’s passage is only applied to the Israel’s cultural and social background and say that adapting it’s rule is committing the error of the re-interpretation. But this idea can’t be admitted for following objection. The land owner should force the resident to move their home to gain a profit from the speculation. However, this is an immoral behavior in the perspective of bible. For land is not ours but a rented one to share it as a kind of infra-structure, the idea that supports evicting the neighborhood for self’s monetary benefit is misguided belief, and thus ignoring the Leviticus 25:23 is obviously playing the ostrich man with the other passages of the new testament.
To conclude with, the land speculation is not the normal form of the labor but it’s character is similar to the gamble, it should be far went from christian’s life. In addition, on the basis of idea that the land is God’s own and it’s given to share with neighborhoods, earning money with the land speculation is not right and even it’s sometimes immoral behavior for a christian living and spirit.
The income from the rightful way leads to the biblical way of re-distribution. Without a biblical idea of the economical behavior, christians won’t find a way of real worship in a life.

This year it's a period of presidential election. It's very important.
Voting for presidential election have a meaning for democracy. That means we have a chance for perform our opinion at the political. I respect to all of the presidential candidate, but I don't agree with Park presidential candidate.
Park she is a quite remarkable leader. She had save for the organization that she exist. And right now she is the leader of her organization that is exist in the political, that have a quite big meaning in this generation.
Peoples say if she will be a president in this state, she will revive the economy of korea. But I do not agree of her value, a world view that she have.
First we have to know that she have a quality to be a president for us. But i'd said I do not agree of her. Because she had a father named Park Jung-Hye that perform the coup and be a dictator that breaks the law of democracy. Peoples have a natural rights of man that the law have gave them. But Park Jung-Hye he ignore the law and have killed too many people because of his belief he have.
Futhermore, she did not reflect or apologize the past that her father done. less then she is busy to rationalize that her father done. I want to say is she have a problem in her attitude.
It is true if we vote the candidate that assert for healing the economy, and really heals up? Every one have the different opinion, but I don't think is true. Seeing for Lee Myung-Park, at the past when he was the member of presidential candidate, he inform to us that he will heal up the economy, but did he really heal up the economy? He didn't help the economy he just made us mad of his opinion.
Some peoples says even if Park Jung-Hye had despotic the government and killed many peoples, he had reverse the economy and make korea strong, i'm sorry to talk but it is a dangerous mind. Healing up the economy is our job to do. Even if he help the state to make strong, breaking the law of democracy is unpardonable to do. It is like using the hand during the game of soccer to win.
Voting for the candidate that assert for democracy it will be very a value thing for the state. I wish there will be no problem like the past.

Is it right to tell the truth to the terminally ill patient or not?

There are some patients who are given limited time. And doctors and patients' families experience inner conflict of what is right; to tell, or not to tell. The rule regulates to tell for the patients' right to know. But some say the terminally ill patient should not know the situation, claiming that the patient might be afraid after they find out they will die soon. But in my opinion, it is right to tell the truth to the terminally ill patient.
It is because the patient should prepare for the time leaving the world. And they would want to say good-bye to their family and friends. They also might want to do something special in their life even if it's just left a little. Also, some saying that the terminally ill patient should not know the situation, claiming that the patient might be afraid after they find out they will die soon.
First of all, the patients should prepare for the time leaving the world. The patients should know the time when they will die and prepare for the time. By knowing the time when they will die, they will experience and learn the specialty of the life.
Secondly, they might want to say good-by to their family and friends. Saying good-bye to the people around oneself before dying is one of the important step for one to do before passing away. And by knowing the truth, the terminally ill patients might be able to say good-bye to the people around them.
At the last, the patients might want to do something special in their life. The patients might have a dream even it's big or small. And they would love to accomplish the dream. If they find out about their terminally ill, they would try more to accomplish the dream.
To give the opposite to some saying that the terminally ill patient should not know the situation, claiming that the patient might be afraid after they find out they will die soon. I did a research And as I saw an research, I found out that the patient who heard when they will pass away could prepare for the death more comfortable, and even get a lot of help in spending rest of the life. But for the patients who didn't heard the date when they die, they suffered from the mental anguish by the increase of the fear of uncertain future.
To summarize, the patients should prepare for the time leaving the world. The patients might want to say good-by to their family and friends. The patients might want to do something special in their life. And for these three reasons, I think it is right to tell the truth to the terminally ill patient. Terminally ill patients should know their situation and do more things.
These days, there are lots of situation like this making us to be confused. But as we can see, the "truth" is the best. "Truth" might not be the best solution for every situation, but I agree that the "truth" works a big part of solving situations. Even now, some doctors can be suffering from inner conflict of to tell or not to tell the situation of terminally ill patient. And if I were that doctor, I would tell the patients their situation.

Windows 8, Windows without Windows?
Nowadays, computer technology became one of the essential parts of our life. We write our essays with word processors, read eBooks, watch movies, and even communicate with computers. And recently, smartphones and tablets allowed us to bring and use computers whenever, wherever we are. But despite of the rise of smartphone and tablet, personal computers are still dominating most of our electronic gadgets.
In general, a computer consists of hardware and software, and software is commonly divided into two parts: the operating system (a collection of software that manages computer hardware resources and provides common services for computer programs) and the program which runs on the operating system. Windows, Linux and Mac OS X are the most popular examples of operating systems, and more than 70% of personal computers are using Windows as their operating system.
Windows was first introduced in 1985. And with its graphical user interface (GUI) based on mouse input, Microsoft successfully dominated operating system market. The main difference of Windows and MS-DOS (the previous version of Windows with command-line interface) was that Windows had ‘Windows’. With the ‘Windows’, Windows was able to offer people much efficient multi-tasking environment compare to MS-DOS, by which people could switch programs with unimaginable speed they’ve ever experience before. And throughout the new versions of Windows such as Windows XP and Windows 7, Windows succeeded to maintain its popularity.
But Last October, Microsoft released Windows 8 and removed the Start button from the taskbar and replaced the ‘Windows’ UI with their new UI, formerly known as ‘Metro’. (It’s not ‘Metro’ anymore due to a patent infringement with a subway company Metro AG) The problem is that it’s absolutely not appropriate for the traditional keyboard and mouse input but only optimized for touchscreen environments like tablets.
Though it’s possible to switch to the old ‘Windows’ UI with the ‘Desktop’ button, eliminating the ‘Start Orb’ extremely decreased user convenience and efficiency, which is the reason for some users calling it ‘the crippled interface’. And compare to the old ‘Windows’ environment which allowed user to have unlimited numbers of ‘Windows’ in a screen, the new Windows 8 environment only allows us to run two programs in a screen.
At first, in the Developer Preview version of Windows 8, it was possible to disable Metro UI and have Start Orb via some registry tricks. But since the Consumer Preview of Windows 8, this trick was disabled and users of Windows 8 began to develop alternative programs to have a Start Orb. With the efforts of many people, fortunately, it’s now possible to have our Start Orb again, though it’s not perfect yet. The examples like this clearly shows us that Windows without Start Orb is unusable.
I have no doubt that Windows 8 is a perfect operating system for smartphones and tablets. It seems very nice to have Windows programs such as Microsoft Office running in tablets. But I think Microsoft had a mistake. They shouldn’t have done replacing whole interface. Even though mobile device market is growing bigger and bigger, the personal computers are still dominating most of electronic device market. And it is obvious that there are some unapproachable benefits of personal computer’s mouse and keyboard input.
Microsoft missed a big point here. They shouldn’t have done mixing touchscreen UI with the ordinary UIs of portable computers without touchscreen. Their new ‘Metro’ UI is useless, unless there’s a touchscreen. If the UI of Windows 8 was configurable, it would be much better. I hope Microsoft fixes this in Windows 9, and if they don’t, that's why we have Mac and Linux.

I like to watch movies in my free time. My most favorite movie is "three idiots". I saw some lots of movies and this movie was the best for my personal liking. the genre that I like is action, drama, sports, comedy. (I don't like such as horror thing) this movie's genre is drama, comey and it's made from india.
this movie is about india's educational problem, friendship, love and life.
It's a story of three student of ICE(imperial college of engineering) which is the best school in india. story runs with Rancho(the main character) and two friends Raju and Farhan. Raju and Farhan was a normal student of ICE. They thought that they have to compete each others and be the winner. And all the winner should go to ICE with no decision of thier own. But two friends become different because of Rancho.
Ranco was a different with any other students. He did not wan't compete. he was all ways against to bad traditions. he had another thinkings and he showed what life should be. He showed that in his life and words. But that made the professor mad. professor was going to get parhan and raju away from him. by sending a letter to thier families. they had thier own reason to go to ICE and graduate. So farhan and raju was demanded to not to play with Rancho.
they overcome all the hard things that are through. the professor was helped by rancho and friends. by that three idiots could graduate the ICE.raju got into a good company. Farhan became a potogragher by his want. Rancho became a great scientist and teacher.

I don't like to change 4 river in Korea - Wayne
Argument for 4-river refurbishment project
The world's 4 civilization came from Nile, Yellow, the Indus and the Tigris River. From old days, river has been important for the prosperity of nations or cities. In theSouth Korea, there is also 4 main river that makes people farm better in the past which is Han, Geum, Nak-Dong and Yeong-San rivers. That 4 rivers are very important.
Lee Myung-Park, 17th President of Korea was determined and decided to change Korea's 4 river that is named the Four-River Restoration Project. Korea needs toprevent flood damage. Secondly, we need to secure water resources, and water improvement. Lastly, they do it because of development of that area.
It seems like a good project, but I oppose to this project. Because it costs too much money, nature has to be existed natural, it is not effective to block flood, andlastly, no increasing job.
Nature is the best to be preserved. By 4 river refurbishment, there will be existed some positive things, but nature is made from God. River has the own purpose that God gave. We can't destroy or change what God made, we have to keep it. For example, few months ago, in that four rivers turn green because the government made a dam to keep water for drought.However, there is another problem, because of a dam more than 10 thousand tons of trashes are blocked by it. Additionally, that dam is not so strong, so water is leaking.
Furthermore, it costs too much money. 22 trillion won is a budget of this project. It is not 22 billion. It is 22 trillion. It is too large money to realize how big. 21 trillion won is aone-year budget of Seoul. Moreover, we can soar welfare to societies who are destitute and neglected. So 22 trillion won is wasting money. In Korea, welfare is the most important andbig problem that has to be solved.
This project is progressing to block flood. However, freshwater is not only visible. They exist as the groundwater, mostly. This groundwater flow under the ground, at thedownstream ground water join to freshwater or go to the sea. In other words, blocking upstream and controlling quantity of water can't completely control the flood.
The government hope there will be many jobs in this project. They calculate more than 340 thousand people will have a job. However, the problem is constructing industry and civilengineering industry is different. In case of construction industry, they need not only heavy machine, but also many people, constructing industry depends on a heavy machine, so theactual employment will decrease.
4 river refurbishment project has some benefit that is necessary to us. However, there are too big disadvantages that can cover the benefit. So I think the government has to stop4 river project, and start to restore those rivers.
