Jay's 3rd essay

 Nowadays, almost every single person on earth likes to use smartphones as technology grew. Moreover industries competes against smartphones to dominate marketplace. So they gnash their teeth to take over the market. To lower price, specs and designs, but recently with a lawsuit. Mainly, there are two incredible enterprises that creates smart-goods. Samsung and Apple have been dealing suing for long time.

 In 2011, last year in June 28th Apple said Samsung infringed Apple patents. But in July Samsung accused Apple for infringing Samsung's products. The lawsuit was taken at U.S. Apple has accused Samsung for mainly designing. Front design the slim fit, icon organized patterns, unlock screen design, memo icon design, bottom placed button and so on. After the big fight Samsung was defeated and gave away one hundred and twenty million dollars to Apple's piggy bank. I argue for this nonsense phenomenon.

 To begin first, Apple do kick and bullies to earn money from other corporations like Samsung Motorola and Google also. In over the globe, there are many variety smart phones that are quite the same with design of apple's iphone and including some of the design that is inevitable and crucial to be included. Many products such as samsung's Galaxy, Motorola, HTC, Windows, Google, and even Nokia were tackled by Apple's declaration. So I think this litigation deals with ridiculous reason.

 Next, it is unfair to suit a device for design. Every country but the U.S judgement has turned out that Samsung wasn't invading any of Apple's device nor ideas. It is also an discrimination. Because the Apple was born in the america, the court has slightly leaned to Apple's side. In this case, Galaxy wasn't just born from motivation of following Apple's. And an unfair result.

 Third, a lot of people face inconveniences because of this controversy. Samsung's main established goal was to sell their products to fill the low income groups who has less opportunity to deal with expensive smart phones. Consequently, the people of those who enjoys using Samsung's device might not be able to use one so efficiently if the Samsung's finance dives in a consequence of defeat. Therefore, not only users from Samsung but South Korea's economy won't be steady as this country eats most of national income that comes from corporations that sells electronic goods abroad.

 To conclude, I argue with the fact that Apple claiming Samsung infringing their patents and suing Samsung with marginal reasons. Such as, picking only on Samsung even though there are many products from other business to claim the design with, and without the inspection of various inventions that Samsung has already made and used those to shape Galaxy. Finally, by the viewing of different perspectives it is not so beneficial tackling Samsung.
